Arrival Details

Required when booking is confirmed.

Our property manager will ready the apartment and personally provide you with the key at an agreed time at the entrance of our apartment.

Send us the following Arrival Details to make this happen:

Your Mobile (for our Property Manager in case of emergency)
Your Flight Details:

• Origin Airport City-Country:
• Airline:
• Arrival Airport in Portugal:
• Flight Arrival Date-Time at Airport in Portugal:
• Arrival Time in Lagos:

  From Faro Airport: Plan for at least 2 hours from flight arrival time to Lagos, to allow for the usual airport activities (e.g. luggage pickup, car rental, pitstops, etc.)
  

  From Lisbon Airport: Plan for a minimum 4 hours from flight arrival time to Lagos, to allow for the usual airport activities (e.g. luggage pickup, car rental, pitstops, etc.)

Key Pickup Process (made easy)

On receiving your Arrival Details, we will send you a Handy Key Pickup Process Card with contact phone numbers for our Property Manager. You will need to contact her if:

• Your arrival time in Lagos changes for any reason (e.g. your flight is delayed; you decide to stop for lunch; etc.)

This will allow our Property manager to meet you at a new agreed time with the key. This will respect your holiday time and ensure that you receive the key with minimal delays to all parties.
