Booking Process

We've made booking easy for you - it just takes 5 steps:

1. Review Rates/Availability for your preferred apartment: Vila Dona Ana or Apartment at Vilabranca.
2. Email us the details of your request via Book Now. Get your request in early for a better choice of dates.
3. We will email you to confirm availability within 48 hours, specifying the exact payment amount.
4. Send us the completed Rental Contract, payment plus refundable security deposit within 10 calendar days to hold your reservation.

• Greater than 2 months before your reservation starts: 50% of full payment amount required.
• Less than 2 months before your reservation starts: 100% of full payment amount required.

5. Send us the payment balance 2 calendar months prior to your reservation start date.

Cancellation fees will apply and are dependent on the notice provided:

• Full payment not received 2 months before your reservation starts: loss of 50% of full payment amount.
• Cancellation greater than 2 months before your reservation starts: loss of 50% of full payment amount.
• Cancellation less than 2 months before your reservation starts: loss of full payment amount.

Refundable Security Deposit will be applied as follows:

• No damage to condominium apartment: full refund within 21 days of reservation end date.
• Damage to condominium apartment/contents, excess cleaning costs or excess utility charges: loss of all or some of security deposit.
• Cancellation at any time prior to reservation start: full refund of security deposit.
